Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Executive - Fashion and Apparel Wholesale

Job Summary: As a Sales Executive specializing in Fashion and Apparel Wholesale, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base within the wholesale sector. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with retail buyers, department stores, boutiques, and other wholesale partners. Through effective communication and strategic planning, you will promote our fashion and apparel products, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential wholesale clients within the fashion and apparel industry. Research market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

  2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new wholesale partners. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

  3. Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to prospective clients to pitch products and secure orders. Present product catalogs, samples, and promotional materials to showcase the latest collections and drive sales.

  4. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring profitability. Work closely with the sales manager and other team members to develop pricing strategies that align with company goals.

  5. Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all client requirements are met. Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and inventory management, to fulfill orders on time and maintain customer satisfaction.

  6. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the market. Provide regular reports and feedback to management on sales performance and market insights.

  7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Address any issues or complaints from clients promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations and build long-term loyalty.

  8. Travel: Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required to promote products and represent the company. Travel may be necessary to visit clients within assigned territories or regions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fashion and apparel industry or wholesale distribution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed. Needs to travel to Ranchi HO twice a month for reporting.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
