Job Description:

Preparation of Form 16A.
 Debtor Reconciliation – Weekly.
 All staffs settlement entry
 Prepare TDS, Service Tax, and Sales Tax for Tamilnadu.
 Posting of all the JV’s
 Verification of Collected Form C details
 Travel Bills Checking & Updating in SAP
 Posting Journal Vouchers
 Prepare bank reconciliation statement.
 Coordinating with Internal / Statutory auditors for related area of responsibility
 Reconciliation of staff loans / tour advance.
 Sundry Creditor - Reconciliation.
 Collecting Form 16A from Vendors.
 Preparing AP Invoice for Machines and Materials. With landed cost.
 Salary ledger, PF, ESI reconciliation monthly.
 Service Tax & Sales Tax Reconciliation verification with Ledger.
 Fixed Asset Register Maintenance
 Verify Custom duty paid with machine Clearance.
 Verify CHA clearance with each bill of entry.
 Preparation of Branch Accounts
 Preparing TT Document/ LC Document
 Coordinate with sales tax, service tax and Income tax department to complete the assessments
 Income tax –TDS quarterly return.
 Service tax Half Yearly returns.
 Sales tax returns for all branches.
 Posting of all import transactions for receipt, Bank advice, transfer of funds and bank charges
 Monthly accounts preparation.
 To be paid before the due date.
 Co-ordinate with Sales Tax consultant for completion of sales tax assessments.
