Stae Head/ Sales Head for
orissa and chattisgarh locations
Lead the sales team in the agrochemicals industry to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate target markets and expand customer base.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training and development programs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
