Job Description:

Position - International Marketing Executive/ Asst. Manager

Department - Sales and Marketing (International Sales)

Vacancy - 1

Experience - 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or engineering-based selling

Salary - 3-4 lacs per annum; Incentives are subject to approval by management, after candidate selection and best fit check.

Location - Kolkata

Employment - Permanent

Work Related Travel - Yes (Minimal)

Educational Qualifications (Mandatory) - Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)

Educational Qualifications (Preferred - Optional) - Certificate course/ MBA/PGDM in marketing 

Primary Skills - 

1. Strong understanding of industrial/mechanical/electrical systems and components
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
3. Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ ERP (e.g. ODOO preferred, though not mandatory)

Secondary Skills (Optional / Preferred) - Primary Knowledge of Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop business opportunities in international markets for company products
• Handle enquiries from overseas clients, agents, and channel partners
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors
• Participate in international tenders, prepare techno-commercial offers, and coordinate documentation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for targeted countries/regions
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Represent the company in global exhibitions, online webinars, and virtual trade meets
• Maintain export documentation and assist in compliance with international trade regulations
• Prepare and present MIS reports, customer feedback, and regional sales data
• Regularly follow up on inquiries, quotations, and after-sales support

Please note - We are ok to hire freshers from universities like Jadavpur University or similarly, Kolkata who have Mechanical Engineering degree, and a knack for Business Development.
