Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Center Head at our Marshall House office. The Center Head will play a pivotal role in leading a team of 4-5 junior recruiters and business development executives. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business development initiatives, and managing the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead and inspire a team of junior recruiters and business development professionals.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure team members achieve their targets and professional growth.
  2. Business Development:

    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the brand presence in the local market.
  3. Recruitment Management:

    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
    • Collaborate with recruiters to identify and attract top talent for client organizations.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the Marshall House office.
    • Implement cost-effective measures and revenue-generating strategies to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the HR or recruitment industry.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
