Job Description

1. 1. Qualifications:

      • Chartered Accountant (CA) 
      • Half CA (finalist) 
      • Senior Accountant

   2. Key Skills & Knowledge:

      • Financial Statements: Strong understanding and experience in preparing financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, etc.).
      • GST: In-depth knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including return filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
      • Tax Returns: Experience with filing and maintaining various types of returns, including GST returns, income tax returns, and other statutory filings.tally knowle
2. • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime: The candidate should be well-versed in using Tally for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including:
     • Voucher entries: Handling sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
     • Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring that the company's bank statements are reconciled with Tally records.
     • GST Compliance: Managing GST transactions and generating GST returns within Tally, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
     • Financial Statements Preparation: Generating key financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and trial balances.
     • Inventory Management: If applicable, the candidate should be able to manage inventory records, stock movement, and stock valuations within Tally.
     • Tax Reports: Preparation and filing of GST returns, along with managing TDS, TCS, and other tax-related reports within the software.

   Skills Required:

   • Hands-on Tally ERP Experience: At least 1-2 years of practical experience in using Tally for accounting and financial management.
   • Understanding of Tally Modules: Knowledge of features like payroll, taxation (GST, TDS), inventory management, and financial reporting.
   • Customization: Basic knowledge of customizing reports in Tally as per company requirements.
