PACS - IT Support - Kolkata location
Job Description:
For PACS Support Executives:-
Must haves:-
1. Knowledge of Teleradiology hardware and softwares. (HIS, Pacs and RIS)
2. Knowledge of Teleradiology standards (Dicom , HL7, Database management, etc)
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills (a thinking and analysing mind to think out of the box)
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively support healthcare professionals (possibly clear communication for overseas projects)
Optional :-
1. Experience in some sort of support oriented process or workflow in previous organisations.
2. Experience in Teleradiology related workflow or project management.
3. Knowledge of IT Networking and Applications troubleshooting workflow or projects. (example someone who has worked with clients troubleshooting and resolving application or network issues of any application TAlly Support, Microsoft Asure or AWS or similar support oriented work)
For PACS Support Engineers:- (in addition to all skill set for an executives listed above)
Must haves:-
1. Experience in hands-on deployment of Teleradiology hardware and softwares. (HIS, Pacs and RIS installation, upgrade , troubleshooting, monitoring , managing)
2. Some experience or development background for Teleradiology standards and softwares. (someone who has been involved in testing or direct feedback with development of pacs related applications )
Optional :-
1. Experience in project management , workflow designing and optimisation and ability to provide training.
Number of Positions: 1
Engagement Pattern:
9 hrs. a day, 5 days a week
Work from office mode (Mon - Friday) 5 days working
Timings: 10 am – 7 pm
