Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Reach out to potential students via inbound and outbound calls to introduce our educational offerings for CA, CMA, and other commerce-related courses.
• Counseling and Consultation: Provide information about various courses, study materials, and test series available on our platform. Counsel students on choosing the right programs according to their career goals.
• Follow-ups: Make follow-up calls to interested leads, answer queries, and ensure timely enrollment.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and student data in the CRM system.
• Customer Service: Address student concerns or issues regarding the courses and services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieving Targets: Meet monthly or weekly lead conversion and enrollment targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate (Preferred, especially in Commerce, CA, CMA, or related fields).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the CA and CMA exam process and the educational requirements for these courses will be a plus.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle rejection, and the ability to work under pressure,good typing speed
