Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of interior design. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3D modeling and rendering, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to bring interior design concepts to life. This position will involve working closely with our interior design team to create realistic visualizations of proposed designs, helping clients visualize and understand the final outcome of their projects.

Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling and Rendering:
• Create detailed 3D models of interior spaces based on design concepts and blueprints.
• Generate high-quality, realistic renderings that accurately represent the proposed designs.
• Collaboration with Design Team:
• Work collaboratively with interior designers to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to 3D models and renderings.
• Software Proficiency:
• Utilize industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray) to create visualizations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 3D design and rendering.
• Material and Texture Application:
• Apply realistic textures and materials to 3D models to enhance visual quality.
• Ensure accurate representation of lighting and shadows within rendered scenes.
• Presentation and Communication:
• Present 3D visualizations to clients in a clear and compelling manner, explaining design concepts and details.
• Effectively communicate with team members to align on project goals and timelines.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of 3D models and renderings.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct quality checks on 3D models and renderings to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a 3D Designer in the interior design industry.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, spatial relationships, and color theory.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating previous 3D design projects and renderings.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
