Job Description
- Taking product process training along with certification
- Daily calls auditing and sharing feedbacks.
- Analysing the RCA’s for business improvement
- Taking different types of session related quality training
- Conduct the calibration session
- Conduct Refresher training session.
- Weekly Analysis and reports for improvement.
