POSITION NAME : B2C FURNITURE FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
No. OF OPENING : 1 For North 24 Parganas
QUALIFICATION : Bachelor’s Degree
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY : Must be well conversant with Microsoft Office, Excel, Email, MIS
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE : Furniture(1st Preference)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 1-3 years Furniture Sales (B2C) Furniture(MANDATORY)
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY : Hindi, English, Bengali (Very good communication skill)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA : Expert in Field Sales and lead generation for Furniture Sales(B2C)
Training and development of Retailers, Retailer Showroom Management
Canvassing and reach to market and expanding channels, EBOs
3. Increasing dealer and retail coverage of Furniture and other products
4. Achieving objectives for area of sales, outstanding collection and inventory management
5. Carrying out product data analysis and sales forecasting
6. Implementing marketing policy and expense control for the area
7. Working towards delivering customer delight and unlocking the potential of the product in the market.
BEHAVIORAL TRAIT : Smart, presentable, self-motivated, multitasking, convincing, eye for details, punctual, mental agility to handle stress and target
TRAVELLING : Extensive field travelling required (MUST HAVE BIKE)

SALARY RANGE : 20,000 25,000 (Incentive & travelling cost extra)
