Sales Engineer - Welding Equipments

Job Description:

• Enquiry Generation through Customer visits, participation in Exhibitions, interacting with Industry personnel

• Responding to Enquiries received through phone, email, customer referrals, industry referrals

• Submission of Techno – Commercial Offer

• Demonstration of the Tools & Machines at Customers premises or in the office

• Following up with Customer by Phone, Email and Direct Visit

• Negotiation & finalization of Orders

• Ensuring the Material ordered by the Customer is delivered to them as agreed

• Collection of Payment & C – Forms

• Responding to Customer complaints

• Providing Operation & Maintenance Training to the Customer/his operators

• Submitting Daily Reports to the Management

• Preparation of Monthly Sales Plan, Travel Plan, Collection Plan and ensuring the implementation of the 

  same regularly.

• Collecting Market intelligence / Competitor information and submitting the same to the Management.

• Supporting in marketing activities like attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

• Visiting New Customers, new territories and new applications in order to grow the sales and expand the 

  market.

Education: Diploma in  Mech
