Job Title: Sales Executive – FMCG (General Trade)

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Executives with 2–5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, specifically handling General Trade markets. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in team handling and should own a two-wheeler for field visits. This role demands strong execution, market coverage, and relationship-building skills to drive sales and ensure retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
Handle General Trade (GT) channel operations – including retail mapping, order booking, and trade execution.
Lead and guide a team of field sales reps/promoters as needed.
Ensure distributor and retailer management – including stock planning, order fulfillment, and payment follow-ups.
Drive visibility and merchandising in line with marketing and trade promotions.
Expand retail network through continuous market penetration.
Report market intelligence, competitor activities, and consumer insights regularly.
Ensure daily market visits and effective route planning.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 2–5 years in FMCG sales (General Trade).
Team Handling: Must have led or supervised field teams.
Education: Minimum Graduate. MBA/BBA is a plus.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
