We are seeking experienced HR Recruiters from an agency background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for various clients and industries across India. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

Client Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of recruitment activities.

Screening and Selection:
- Conduct initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Shortlist candidates for client interviews and coordinate the interview process.

Offer Management:
- Negotiate salary offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Database Management:
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information, feedback, and status updates.
- Utilize the database to keep track of potential candidates for future opportunities.

Market Research:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the recruitment industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process and strategies.
Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months - 5 years of experience working in a recruitment agency.
- Proven experience in hiring for various clients and industries across India.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
