  • Job Description:

    We are seeking experienced HR Recruiters from an agency background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for various clients and industries across India. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients' needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Candidate Sourcing:

      • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
      • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
    2. Client Coordination:

      • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
      • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of recruitment activities.
    3. Screening and Selection:

      • Conduct initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
      • Shortlist candidates for client interviews and coordinate the interview process.
    4. Offer Management:

      • Negotiate salary offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
      • Ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding.
    5. Database Management:

      • Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information, feedback, and status updates.
      • Utilize the database to keep track of potential candidates for future opportunities.
    6. Market Research:

      • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the recruitment industry.
      • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process and strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Experience:

      • Minimum of 6 months - 5 years of experience working in a recruitment agency.
      • Proven experience in hiring for various clients and industries across India.
    • Skills:

      • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
      • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
    • Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
