Roles and Responsibilities:
? Installing and troubleshooting computer networks and systems.
? Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
? Consulting with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions.
? Budgeting for equipment and assembly costs.
? Monitoring networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved.
? Working closely with IT support personnel.
? Providing network administration and consulting.
Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications:
? Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System
administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
? 3-5 years of server administration, network administration, or system administration
experience.
? System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields
are a plus.
? Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent are a plus.
? Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
? Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with good team leading and problem
solving skill.
? Good communication and reporting skills.
