Position: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently manage all HR activities, including Talent Management, HR Generalist functions and Statutory Compliance. The candidate should have good leadership, communication and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Management

• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.

• Handle employee onboarding and induction.

• Manage employee performance and appraisal processes.

• Identify training and development needs.

• Support employee engagement and retention activities.

2. HR Generalist Activities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations.

• Manage attendance, leave and employee records.

• Coordinate payroll processing and salary-related activities.

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

• Manage employee documentation and HR reports.

3. HR Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

• Maintain statutory records and documentation.

• Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable compliances.

• Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants whenever required.

• Support internal and external HR audits.

4. General Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Manage overall employee relations.

• Guide and supervise the HR team.

• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports.

• Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR-related matters.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR.

• Strong experience in Talent Management, HR Generalist and Compliance.

• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

• Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations.

• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.
