Position: Supervisor – Assembly Production
Reporting to: Asst Manager – Production
Location: Ranipet
Joining Time: One Month
Preferred Grade: Supervisor
CTC Recommended: As per Company Standard
Age: 25- 30
Educational/Academic Qualification: Dip/B.E./B.Tech or equivalent
Job Description:
 Manage daily assembly production activities.
 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
 Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
 Monitor production output and productivity.
 Ensure proper assembly as per SOPs and work instructions.
 Maintain product quality and reduce rejection/rework.
 Monitor assembly line cycle time and efficiency.
 Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
 Ensure availability of materials, components, and tools.
 Coordinate with Stores and Production Planning departments.
 Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns.
 Follow and enforce safety procedures and PPE requirements.
 Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
 Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Painting, and other teams.
 Report major production issues to management.
 Maintain discipline and a safe working environment on the shop floor.
