Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities at our building construction site. The candidate should have practical experience in structural work, RCC work, and complete building finishing work. The candidate must be able to manage workers, maintain construction quality, and ensure timely completion of site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor building structural work, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing work.

• Check the quality of materials and construction work.

• Manage labourers, contractors, and subcontractors at the site.

• Read and understand civil, architectural, and structural drawings.

• Maintain daily progress reports and material records.

• Coordinate with engineers and other site team members.

• Ensure proper use of materials and reduce wastage.

• Follow construction schedules and complete work within deadlines.

• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.

• Identify site-related problems and report them to the concerned engineer.

• Support client inspections and complete work as per quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of building construction and structural work.

• Hands-on experience in complete building finishing work.

• Knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plastering, tiling, and waterproofing.

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

• Good labour management and team coordination skills.

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to manage site activities independently.

• Willingness to work rotational duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must have 3–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction, especially in building structural work and finishing work. Candidates currently staying in or near Kolkata and having their own bike will be preferred.
