1. Generating leads by identifying potential Markets in India.
2. Determine the demand for products and services and track progress to increase market share and
profitability
3. Knowledgeable in the overall Indian market with specific experience with working in a marketing
environment.
4. Extensive knowledge of sales tactics and approaches is required.
5. Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
Qualifications/Skills:
1. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
2. Experience in managing the sales process and forecasting sales
3. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
4. Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
5. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer
Requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the
company’s marketing goals.
6. Experience in identifying and exploring New Geographies and Verticals.
7. Contract negotiation skills
8. Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Metallurgy / Mechanical, additional MBA degree an added
Advantage
2. Experience or knowledge in Steel and Metals industry
3. Good contacts in Steel and Metal Industry
4. Five to Ten years of Sales experience in Steel Industry
5. IT literacy; experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Access
