Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Jr. Packing Associate for a leading company engaged in food and garment exports. The candidate should have hands-on experience in premium-quality packaging and export packaging standards.

Candidates who have worked in premium packaging for jewellery, Ayurvedic products, garments, food products, luxury products, or other high-end products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day packing and packaging activities for export products.
• Perform premium and export-quality packaging as per company standards.
• Ensure proper folding, packing, labelling, sealing, and finishing of products.
• Handle garments, food products, and other export items carefully during packing.
• Check packaging quality and presentation before dispatch.
• Ensure correct quantity, labelling, and packaging specifications are followed.
• Coordinate with the production, stores, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain proper packing material and finished-goods records.
• Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of packing materials.
• Achieve daily packing targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–10 years of experience in packing/packaging operations.
• Experience in food or garment export packaging will be preferred.
• Experience in premium packaging such as jewellery, Ayurvedic products, luxury products, gifting, or high-end garments will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of different packing materials, methods, labelling, and finishing.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality packaging standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production/packing environment.

Educational Qualification

• 10th or 12th Pass/ any graduate
• Relevant experience will be given importance.

Candidate Profile

• Male candidate.
• Age: 40–45 years.
• Experience: 3–10 years.
• Should have relevant hands-on packing experience.
• Candidates from export-oriented food, garment, textile, jewellery, Ayurvedic, or premium product companies preferred.
• Kolkata-based candidates preferred.
