About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant & Dispatch Manager to oversee day-to-day plant operations, production coordination, manpower, inventory, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing plant operations and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day plant operations

• Coordinate production activities to ensure smooth plant functioning

• Plan and monitor daily dispatch and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and transport teams

• Ensure timely loading and dispatch of products as per customer requirements

• Manage plant manpower, shifts, and daily workforce allocation

• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and material movement

• Maintain proper records of production, dispatch, stock, and vehicles

• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of products

• Monitor plant equipment and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns

• Ensure compliance with plant safety and operational procedures

• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely resolution

• Prepare regular plant and dispatch reports for management

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in plant operations, dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing

• Hands-on experience in plant and dispatch management

• Experience managing workers/manpower and coordinating with multiple teams

• Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, inventory, and transportation coordination

• Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, industrial gas, or similar plant environment preferred

• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Male candidates preferred
