About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Labour Management Executive who can efficiently manage and coordinate the workforce at the site. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in labour handling, attendance management, workforce coordination, and resolving day-to-day labour-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily labour/workforce activities

• Handle labour attendance, allocation, and shift management

• Ensure adequate manpower availability as per work requirements

• Coordinate with labour contractors and workers

• Monitor worker performance, discipline, and productivity

• Resolve day-to-day labour-related issues and grievances

• Maintain labour records, attendance sheets, and related documentation

• Coordinate with supervisors and management regarding manpower requirements

• Ensure proper deployment of workers at different work areas

• Support smooth day-to-day workforce operations

Requirements

• 2–3 years of strong experience in Labour Management

• Hands-on experience in handling and coordinating a large workforce

• Good knowledge of labour attendance and manpower management

• Experience in dealing with labour contractors/workers

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle labour-related issues effectively

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Male candidates preferred

• Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
