## About the Role

Bodyline Sports is launching a **new Sports Infrastructure Division** and is looking for an energetic and result-oriented **Sales & Marketing Executive** to drive business development and project sales.

The ideal candidate should have experience in **Real Estate Sales, Project Sales, B2B Sales, or Infrastructure Sales**, with strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and project closure.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, presenting sports infrastructure solutions, and managing the sales process from initial enquiry to successful project closure.

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities for **sports infrastructure projects**.
* Identify and approach potential clients, investors, institutions, schools, colleges, clubs, developers, corporates, and other organizations.
* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, market visits, and other business development activities.
* Conduct client meetings and understand their project requirements.
* Present and explain Bodyline Sports' sports infrastructure solutions and project offerings.
* Coordinate with the internal technical/operations team for project requirements, quotations, proposals, and presentations.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
* Negotiate with clients and work towards successful project closure.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Track leads, enquiries, negotiations, and project status.
* Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and project closure targets.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the sports infrastructure segment.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

* Minimum **2 years of experience in Sales & Business Development**.
* Candidates from **Real Estate Sales / Project Sales / Infrastructure Sales** backgrounds will be preferred.
* Experience handling **high-value projects or B2B sales** will be an added advantage.
* Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
* Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
* Ability to independently handle the sales cycle from **lead generation to project closure**.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
* Target-oriented, proactive, and confident personality.
* Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and basic CRM practices.

## Compensation & Incentives

* **Fixed Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
* **PA/DA:** Applicable as per company policy for official travel and business-related expenses.
