Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

To support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, processing customer orders, maintaining accurate sales records, ensuring timely communication with customers, and facilitating smooth execution of sales operations to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of customer inquiries and orders.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and other sales-related documentation.
• Maintain customer records, sales databases, and order tracking reports.
• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution and dispatch.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and payment updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
• Assist in managing customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closure.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer communications, contracts, and sales records.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners whenever required.
• Perform any other sales coordination activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Success Indicators (First 6 Months)

• Preparing timely and accurate sales MIS reports.
• Coordinating effectively with customers and internal departments.
