Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a reputed jewellery showroom in Lalbazar, Central Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales and possess excellent customer handling and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Achieve individual sales targets while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

• Explain product features, pricing, purity, certifications, and ongoing offers to customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Handle billing coordination and support showroom operations as required.

• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and maintenance of jewellery counters.

• Follow showroom policies, security procedures, and inventory handling guidelines.

• Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and customer queries.
