About the Role
It is a fashion house with in-house production facilities in Kolkata.We need a Production Manager to run the floor, manage order-wise production across multiple
concurrent orders, coordinate with external vendors, and maintain high quality standards on delicate fabrics.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day production floor operations
• Run order-wise production: multiple unique orders simultaneously, each with different specs and finishing notes
• Coordinate with external vendors for dyeing, printing, and embroidery
• Handle delicate fabrics with correct techniques at every stage
• Ensure delivery deadlines through capacity planning and labour allocation
• Maintain quality standards in coordination with QC
• Manage worker attendance, productivity, and discipline
• Produce daily/weekly production reports

Must-Have Requirements
• 5+ years in garment production with floor management experience
• Order-wise production experience (multiple unique, small-batch orders)
• Experience with export-quality garments
• Hands-on with delicate fabrics: silk, chiffon, organza, linen
• Experience managing external vendors (dyeing, printing, embroidery)
Nice to Have
• Export production experience
• Vendor network in Kolkata / Bengal
