Brief Overview of Job Responsibilities:
Lead generation through tele-calling
Market Research
Scheduling and attending appointments to close deals
Material Inspection and valuation
Expectation setting of value of waste with client
Raising quotations after negotiating with the client
Raising pick up request and support
Coordinating for pickups with internal team and client
General client servicing activities
Feedbacks & references
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Adept at business communication
Persuasive and skilled at negotiation
Presentable personality
Risk taking ability
Self-monitoring
Self-starter and quick decision-maker
Basic computer skills
Language proficiency – English(preferred), Hindi or Bengali (mandatory)
Work experience of minimum 6 months in a recognized corporate/ start-up
Basic knowledge on E-waste shall be preferred
