Job Description:

To manage day-to-day warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory and shipment data, coordinate order dispatches, ensure proper storage and handling of products, and facilitate timely forwarding of shipments in coordination with internal teams, transporters, and logistics partners.
 Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receipt, storage, handling, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
• Maintain accurate records of stock inward, stock outward, inventory movement, and shipment details.
• Update and maintain warehouse data in Excel, ERP, or other company systems.
• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding order requirements and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and courier agencies for timely shipment forwarding.
• Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, shipment documents, and other dispatch-related documentation.
• Ensure products are properly packed, labelled, and ready for dispatch as per customer requirements.
• Track dispatched shipments and follow up with transporters/logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Monitor pending shipments and ensure timely dispatch as per the committed schedule.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock with system records.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization and ensure products are stored safely and systematically.
• Report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, or other warehouse-related issues to the reporting manager.

Success Indicators (First 6 Months)
The employee will be considered successful upon:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date warehouse and inventory records.
• Ensuring timely inward and outward movement of products.
• Coordinating and forwarding shipments within agreed timelines.
• Ensuring all shipment documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintaining proper tracking and follow-up of dispatched shipments.
• Maintaining minimal stock discrepancies through regular reconciliation.
• Ensuring proper organization, storage, and handling of products within the warehouse.
• Demonstrating effective coordination with Sales, Accounts, Operations, transporters, and logistics partners.
• Ensuring minimal dispatch errors and timely resolution of warehouse-related issues.
• Demonstrating strong ownership, discipline, responsiveness, and accountability in managing warehouse operations.
