Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 3-4 Years Post CA
You can target candidates from CA firms who have exclusively worked in taxation. Candidates with a pure taxation background will be considered for this role.

Job Description

• Ensure taxation compliance of the organization and handle assessments
• Handle direct & indirect taxation functions - return filing, tax payments, assessments & appeals
  
  Indirect taxation
• GST tax liability calculation and payment.
• Timely filing of GST monthly returns, annual returns, and annual audits.
• GST ITC reconciliation and follow-up with users for unmatched credits.
• GST output liability reconciliation with revenue as per financials/books.
• Advise on transaction structuring for new deals.
  
  Direct taxation
• Ensure timely payment of TDS and equalization levy.
• Computation and payment of advance tax.
• Ensure timely filing of income tax and TDS returns.
• Handle tax audit and GST audit.
• Follow up with the Tax department for ongoing assessment & appeals.
• 26AS TDS reconciliation & TDS certificate follow-up.
• Preparation of Form 15CA & review of Form 15CB as per DTAA & IT Act. Other tax compliances
• Timely payment and return filing of other statutes like Profession tax, ESIC, Provident fund, LWF.
  
  EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently handling the taxation department of a company and taking care of return filing, tax payments, assessments, audits and tax compliances.
• Hands-on with prevailing taxation laws and recent updates
