Responsibilities:
- Making project estimation and billing
- Handling site visit and site status updation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Manage project finances and prepare financial reports.
- Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and foster teamwork.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Project will be in Tamil Nadu, Andhar and Telugana location – Candidate must be willing to move to that place and work in the projects. Each project will be a duration of 2 to 6 months.
- Good to have experience in interior project.
- Experience in commercial interior, corporate and turnkey projects.
