Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and leads through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries received through IndiaMART.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team for suitable crane solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
