Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Investment Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure investments, financial modelling, and transaction evaluation. The ideal candidate should possess strong infrastructure modelling skills and preferably have prior experience with Highway InvITs, infrastructure funds, or investment management firms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial models for infrastructure assets, particularly road/highway projects.
Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, and refinancing transactions.
Perform financial due diligence, valuation, and scenario analysis.
Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities.
Conduct sensitivity analysis and risk assessment for infrastructure investments.
Coordinate with technical, legal, tax, and external advisors during transactions.
Support fundraising, strategic initiatives, and portfolio optimization.
Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and market benchmarks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Skills
CA and/or CFA qualification.
2–4 years of relevant experience in investment analysis or infrastructure finance.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and presentation abilities.
