About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Lead Generation Executive to manage and qualify inbound enquiries generated through various digital and trade plaƞorms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacƟng with prospecƟve customers
and fabrication partners, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, and ensuring tmely handover to the sales team.
The role requires strong communicaƟon skills, excellent follow-up capabilities, and a disciplined approach to maintaining lead records and tracking enquiry progress through the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Initial Customer Interaction
Handle inbound enquiries received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, company website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other lead generation channels.
Contact prospects promptly through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and assess the quality and seriousness of each enquiry.
Categorize and qualify leads before assigning them to the appropriate sales representative.
Fabrication Partner Development
Engage with potenƟal fabrication partners across India.
Understand their business profile, manufacturing capabilities, and interest in partnering with the company.
Qualify suitable fabrication partners and forward opportunities to the business development team.
Maintain an updated database of potential and active fabrication partners.
Project Enquiry Management
Interact with architects, builders, contractors, homeowners, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding UPVC window and door requirements.
Gather complete project information, including location, project stage, quantity requirements, timelines, and decision-makers.
Ensure complete and accurate lead informaƟon is provided to the sales team.
Lead Tracking & Follow-Up Monitoring
Maintain detailed records of all enquiries in Excel and other reporting systems.
Track every lead aŌer handover to the sales team.
Monitor:
o Number of follow-ups conducted
o Current enquiry status
o Conversion outcome
o Lost enquiry reasons
o Expected closure timelines
Coordinate regularly with sales personnel to update enquiry progress.
Reporting & Data Management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.
Track lead source performance and conversion raƟos.
Maintain lead databases with high accuracy.
IdenƟfy trends and provide feedback on lead quality and customer requirements.
Support future migration to CRM soŌware when implemented.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Degree or diploma in MarkeƟng, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, customer support, telemarketing, or business development.

Follow-up tracking effectiveness.
Lead source performance analysis.
Sales team feedback on lead quality.
