• Job Description –Business Development Executive
• Experience Required – 4+ Years of relevant exp of Building materials / Construction Materials industry(gypsum,POP preferred)
• Job Timings – Monday to Saturday (10AM to 6.30PM)- (In/out tagging of the meetings in the application)
• Gender – Male candidates preferred
• Mode of Interview –, F2F interview at Head office – Andheri east, mumbai

• Key Responsibilities
• The candidate will be an individual contributor and is responsible for growing the Sales / generating leads for the company product portfolio in an assigned territory
• Key Customer Profile – Builders / Developers/ Architects / Turnkey contractors (At corporate level &/or site specific)
• Key Product Portfolio that needs to be sold – Gypsum, Readymix Plaster, Bonding agents and related products
• Candidate needs to survey & develop a database of all active construction sites in an assigned territory
• Candidate has to then target each of these sites and dealers supplying similar products & position company's product portfolio with the respective customers.
• Retain existing customers & generate repeat business or cross sell our product portfolio.
• Develop & build new customers on an ongoing basis.
• Maintaining and updating Lead reports

• Key Requirements

• A good understanding of Sales processes in similar product portfolio
• Good relations / connections with builder /developers in assigned territory is preferred
• Ability to reach out to customers & sell the company's Value proposition.
• A Go-Getter with an ability to work independently & resolve problems.
• Strong personality and good communication skills would be an added advantage
