SQL Developer
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support business applications.
Perform database performance tuning and optimization, including query optimization, index tuning, and database configuration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design database solutions that meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
Document database design, schema, and procedures.
Develop and maintain database security policies and procedures.
Write Unit Tests for database objects like stored procedures.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SQL development and database technologies.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in SQL development and database management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Developer. Expert-level proficiency in SQL programming and database concepts.
Extensive experience in performance tuning and optimization techniques. Strong knowledge on DML, DDL queries.
Strong knowledge of stored procedures, views, functions, UDT, JSON functions, CTE Strong knowledge on DMVs and System procedures.
