Sales Interior Designer
Job Description:
Job Summary: The Interior Designer – Sales & Design Coordination will be responsible for developing innovative interior designs for healthcare projects while also supporting client interactions, presentations, and business development activities. The role requires a blend of creative design expertise and client-handling capabilities to help convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Develop innovative interior designs and drawings for various categories of healthcare facilities.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues, ensure adherence to plans, and gather required project data.
- Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Design Software: Create detailed interior design layouts, drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software.
- Client Interaction: Attend client meetings, understand project requirements, present design concepts, and provide design solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Sales & Business Development Support: Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion, proposal presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, BOQs, and project proposals for clients.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, material sourcing, and execution support.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in interior design for commercial or healthcare projects.
- Experience in client handling, presentations, or sales coordination will be an added advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- 1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design software.
- 2. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and space planning.
- 3. Understanding of BOQ preparation and project costing.
- 4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 5. Knowledge of project coordination and documentation processes
