Performance Marketing Executive.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:• Plan, create and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display & YouTube) • Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales . • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis . • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. • Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). • Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. • Collaborate with the creative, content, and design teams to develop highperforming ad creatives. • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business goals. • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Required Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing. • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). • Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and remarketing. • Experience in e-commerce advertising (Shopify preferred). Google Ads Certification. • Experience with Shopify, Merchant Center, and Google Search Console.
