Job Description:
Designation : Assistant Product Manager & Buisness Development
2 Schaltbau products : Contactors, Connectors and Snap action Switches
3 Application markets : Electric Vehicles (2W,3W,4W,Bus,Truck etc), Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind), Material Handling, Energy storage, Industrial segment
4 Responsibility : a) To support Sales team in terms of product technicalities and customization.
b) To develop new applications in target market segments along with Sales team.
c) To analyse competition.
d) To develop product roadmap for various product groups of SB.
e) To work closely with R&D team for finalizing the specification of Target Products
. f) To launch new products in the market.
5 Area of operation: PAN India
6 Location: Delhi
7 Experience : At least 5 -6 years of : With B. Tech ( Electrical ) - must experience in Automobile Industry- EV's. - knowledge of power electronics, switchgear, connectors & connectors product range. - knowledge of commercial aspects such as product costs, life cycle costs, Tenders Commercial aspect, Liquidity etc.
8 Skill requirement : Strong understanding of Switchgear products & connectors is a must. Strong understanding of Power Electronics & other components for EV segment. Strong understanding of commercial aspects. Strong inter-personal skills & Communication skills.
9 Additional requirment: The candidate should be willing to travel frequently in assigned regions. The candidate should not be frequent job changer and should be willing to stay with the company for long.
