Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium menswear retail store. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Track sales reports, customer footfall, and key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and merchandising teams for stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance repeat business and loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in apparel, fashion, luxury retail, or menswear brands.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and retail billing/POS systems.

Preferred Background

Candidates from premium menswear, ethnic wear, fashion retail, luxury apparel, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
