Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job

To drive sales and business development within the assigned region by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving regional revenue targets. The role ensures effective execution of sales plans and supports the division’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
 Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and long-term growth plans.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
 Establish, monitor, and achieve sales targets andperformance KPIs for the team.
 Lead high-value negotiations and close strategic deals with key clients.
 Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
 Ensure efficient lead management and timely follow-up
from exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
 Plan, direct, and implement integrated marketing
campaigns for new and existing products.
 Define and execute branding, advertising, and
promotional strategies to enhance market visibility.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and
customer insights to refine business strategies.
 Formulate short- and long-term marketing plans aligned
with organizational objectives.
 Analyze market and financial data to identify

opportunities, assess risks, and support informed
decision-making.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
 Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Sales &
Marketing teams to drive performance and
accountability.
 Develop and implement expansion strategies to
strengthen the company’s market presence locally and
globally.
 Evaluate marketing and sales initiatives for effectiveness,
ROI, and sustainability.
 Foster collaboration across departments—Product
Development, Operations, and Finance—for seamless
execution.
Customer & Market Engagement
 Build and nurture long-term relationships with key
customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
 Conduct periodic customer and market surveys to
anticipate evolving needs and industry trends.
 Represent the organization at industry events,
exhibitions, and conferences to enhance visibility and
credibility.

Accountabilities  Autonomy in regional sales execution within approved

strategies.
 Direct impact on regional revenue and customer
engagement.
 Regional responsibility contributing to overall ₹100 Cr+
target.
 Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and
exhibitions.
Know - How Education:

 Basic understanding of ESP, FGD, Bag Filter systems and
applications.
 Familiarity with regional market dynamics and customer
requirements.
 Ability to manage regional sales team and coordinate
with central office.
 Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Experience:
 10–15 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably
in air pollution control equipment or heavy engineering
projects.
 Proven ability to manage key accounts and support large-
scale projects.
Skills:

 Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
 Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and ERP
systems (SAP preferred)

Problem Solving  Requires judgment in handling client queries, pricing

decisions, and local competition.
 Operates in a regionally competitive environment with
multiple stakeholders.

Communication Requirements  Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build
relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and
consultants.
 Ability to represent the company at industry forums and
international exhibitions.
Working Conditions  Based at office (Mumbai/Pune).

 Occasional travel to HO, Factory, OEMs, customers PAN
India.
