- Handle complete daily dispatch operations for laminate products efficiently and systematically
- Maintain accurate records of stock, inward, outward, and dispatch documentation
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle arrangement and material deliveries
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, quantities, and product specifications before dispatch
- Supervise godown staff, loading activities, and overall warehouse discipline effectively
- Ensure proper packaging, safe handling, and damage-free movement of laminate sheets
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and prepare daily dispatch reports
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch planning
