Position: Sales / Estimation Engineer

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Location: As per company requirement

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimations, quotations, and commercial proposals based on client requirements.

Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.

Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and project teams for accurate estimation.

Follow up with clients regarding quotations and order confirmations.

Maintain pricing records and update estimation data regularly.

Support the sales team in technical discussions and client meetings.

Prepare tender documents and assist in bid submissions.

Ensure timely submission of estimates and adherence to company standards.

Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and vendors.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of estimation and costing.

Basic understanding of technical drawings and specifications.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant engineering stream.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Estimation, Tendering, or Proposal preparation.

Candidate from engineering/manufacturing/construction-related industries preferred.
