About the Role
Leading Stock Broking company is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Institutional Sales professional with a strong network in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in acquiring and managing institutional clients including Insurance Companies, Bank Treasury Teams, PMS, and Mutual Fund Houses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients including:
- Insurance Companies
- Bank Treasury Departments
- PMS (Portfolio Management Services)
- Mutual Fund Companies
- Generate business opportunities through institutional sales and relationship management.
- Identify new clients and expand the institutional investor base.
- Coordinate with research and dealing teams to provide investment solutions to clients.
- Handle end-to-end client servicing and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Track market trends, investment products, and competitor activities.
- Achieve business targets and revenue generation goals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Institutional Sales within Stock Broking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
- Strong network and connections with Insurance, Treasury, PMS, and Mutual Fund clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of equity markets and investment products.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred.

- Candidate should possess strong institutional market knowledge.
- Existing client relationships will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
