Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for a clothing manufacturing company who will be responsible for managing overall garment production operations, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining product quality, controlling production costs, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor daily garment production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines and quality standards.
• Handle manpower planning, line balancing, and production scheduling.
• Monitor cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Maintain production efficiency and minimize rejection/wastage.
• Coordinate with merchandising, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity.
• Handle machine utilization and ensure smooth workflow on production floors.
• Train and guide supervisors and production staff for better performance.
• Maintain discipline and proper coordination among departments.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
