Job Description:
- Manager-Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing MIS Report on monthly basis and presenting & explaining same to Board Members.
- Responsible for conduct of Internal audit as well as execution of Stock audit conducted by bank.
- Preparation of working papers covering the Company’s Periodic Accounts, Financial Performance, Liquidity, and Rolling Forecasts for presentation to the Board Members.
- Preparation of Financial Statements of the Company as prescribed in Ind-AS 1 on quarterly, semiannually and annually for final review by CFO & presentation to the Board Members.
- Ensuring Team Management for flow of accounting source documents, their systematic review, and coding & posting to books of accounts.
- Accounting treatment for Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE) as prescribed by Ind-AS 16 including recommendations for disposals of fixed assets, useful life assignment and depreciation schedules.
- Monthly reconcile the bank accounts with various other accounts.
- Ensured taxes are deducted like salary taxes & other related taxes (TDS) as per the prevailing rates before making payment to the employees & others and submitting same with tax authorities on time.
- Ensuring computation & payment of local sales tax (GST) on timely manner with govt. Accounts payable activities & responding to the queries of the vendors and timely payment
Experience: 8-10 Years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Package:10-12 LPA
