To ensure safety while working. Responsible for product quality and all types of defects generating on line. Adequate knowledge of trouble shooting and maintenance of machines. Reduction of downtime by effectively managing all changeovers like batch coding, clearance etc. Proper Shift Hand Over to respective Reliver. Online rejection to clear before shift handover. Conducting CIP and SIP as per the requirement. Hands on responsibility of batch changeover and product changeover. Adherence to personal hygiene and GMP standard applicable for the site.
