Accountant (KSPL Kedia Securities)
Job Description:
• Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and data entry in Moneyware software as well as Tally Prime.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and cash flow management.
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
• Statutory compliance like, TDS, GST Filing etc
• Maintain accurate documentation of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Stock Brokers accounting knowledge preferable , like Bills Updation, Dividend, Demat Registrar etc
• Assist with internal/external audits, income tax filing, and accounting system updates.
Key Requirements:
• B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – mandatory.
• Minimum 2 year of work experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Expertise in Tally Prime – mandatory.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines efficiently.
• MS Excel and basic MS Office knowledge is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
