Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

Job Location: Sector V, Kolkata
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month as per experience and interview

Job Summary:
Company is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and support our online business operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling ecommerce platforms, coordinating online sales activities, managing product listings, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, company website, etc.
• Upload, update, and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Monitor online orders, returns, and customer queries.
• Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.
• Optimize product visibility and promotions on ecommerce portals.
• Coordinate with digital marketing team for campaigns and advertisements.
• Ensure proper stock availability and update inventory regularly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ecommerce activities.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Ecommerce operations or related field.
• Good knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces and online selling processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google sheet and computer operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of product listing and catalogue management.
• Familiarity with seller panels of major ecommerce platforms.
• Good understanding of online marketing and customer handling.
