Job Description:

Position: Executive Officer
Location: Kolkata
Educational Qualifications:Master’s Degree / MBA / PGDBM or equivalent from a recognised university or institution.

Professional Experience

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in revenue generation roles.
  • Exposure and hands on experience in sectors such as -Media Sales, Retail Sales , FMCD/FMCG - B2B sales will be an added advantage  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation, business development, and closure.
  • Project planning, execution, and management of assigned initiatives within the deadline
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management, including preparation of agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Conceptualization and execution of events, including coordination with participants, speakers, and sponsors.
  • Market research, data mining, and analysis to support programme development.
  • Content creation for internal and external communications, annual reports , white papers

Desired Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Business development, market trends and current affairs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical application.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with an inclination towards research and data-driven insights.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in high-pressure, target-oriented environments.
  • Willingness to frequent travel as required.
  • Strong learning orientation and commitment to professional growth.
