Job Description:
Position: Executive Officer
Location: Kolkata
Educational Qualifications:Master’s Degree / MBA / PGDBM or equivalent from a recognised university or institution.
Professional Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in revenue generation roles.
- Exposure and hands on experience in sectors such as -Media Sales, Retail Sales , FMCD/FMCG - B2B sales will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation, business development, and closure.
- Project planning, execution, and management of assigned initiatives within the deadline
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management, including preparation of agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups.
- Conceptualization and execution of events, including coordination with participants, speakers, and sponsors.
- Market research, data mining, and analysis to support programme development.
- Content creation for internal and external communications, annual reports , white papers
Desired Competencies
- Strong understanding of Business development, market trends and current affairs.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical application.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with an inclination towards research and data-driven insights.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in high-pressure, target-oriented environments.
- Willingness to frequent travel as required.
- Strong learning orientation and commitment to professional growth.
