Position: MIS Executive / MIS Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, automate, and optimize reporting systems across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and MS Office tools, with the ability to create automated dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and automated reporting systems.
• Create and manage complex reports using Google Sheets with advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and dashboards.
• Develop automation solutions using Google Apps Script for reporting, workflow automation, alerts, and data integration.
• Work extensively on Microsoft Excel (Advanced) including macros, VBA, advanced formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports with high accuracy.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance tracking reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, validation, and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and digitization.
• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Apps Script
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Word
• Expertise in:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
